उत्तराखंड में भारी बारिश का हाई अलर्ट, सीएम धामी ने अधिकारियों को दिए ‘अलर्ट’ रहने के निर्देश
देहरादून। उत्तराखंड में मानसून की बारिश से इन दिनों आम जनजीवन अस्त-व्यस्त है। भारी बारिश से कुमाऊं से लेकर गढ़वाल तक सड़कें अवरुद्ध हैं। नदियां भी उफान पर हैं। वहीं कुमाऊं मंडल के सभी छह जिलों के सभी विद्यालय बंद हैं जबकि गढ़वाल मंडल के पौड़ी व रुद्रप्रयाग जिले के सभी स्कूलों में छुट्टी कर दी गई है। मानसून की बारिश उत्तराखंड के लिए आफत बन गई है।
भारी बारिश को देखते हुए मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने कैंप कार्यालय से गढ़वाल कमिश्नर और कुमाऊं कमिश्नर के साथ वर्चुअल बैठक की। बैठक के दौरान मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने अधिकारियों को आपदा की स्थिति में राहत और बचाव कार्यों के लिए जिला प्रशासन और तहसील प्रशासन 24 घंटे अलर्ट मोड पर रहने के निर्देश दिए हैं।
इसके अलावा किसी भी जगह जलभराव की स्थिति में आपदा प्रभावितों के लिए खाने और रहने की पर्याप्त व्यवस्थाएं की जाए। तहसील स्तर पर स्थापित कंट्रोल रूम से भी लगातार संपर्क बनाए रखें, साथ ही सड़कों के बंद होने की स्थिति में उन्हें तत्काल खोलने की व्यवस्था की जाए। मौसम विभाग की चेतावनी और स्थानीय मौसम संबंधी गतिविधियों के आधार पर ही स्कूलों को खोलने और बंद करने का निर्णय लिया जाए।
बता दें कि प्रदेश भर में भारी बारिश को लेकर मौसम विभाग ने 9 जुलाई तक का अलर्ट जारी किया है। जिसका असर प्रदेश में देखने को मिल रहा है। मौजूदा स्थिति यह है कि प्रदेश की नदियां उफान पर हैं और लगातार भूस्खलन की घटनाएं तमाम जगहों पर देखी जा रही हैं। भूस्खलन होने के चलते ना सिर्फ सड़क क्षतिग्रस्त हो रही हैंं, बल्कि यातायात भी बाधित हो रहा है। जिसके चलते यात्रियों को काफी दिक्कतों का सामना करना पड़ रहा है।
