नई दिल्ली। 18वीं लोकसभा के स्पीकर के चयन को लेकर सरकार और विपक्ष के बीच आम सहमति नहीं बन पाई। अब स्पीकर का चयन चुनाव के माध्यम से होगा। देश के इतिहास में ऐसा दूसरी बार होने जा रहा है। ऐसा इसलिए क्योंकि एनडीए और इंडिया गठबंधन दोनों ही ओर से लोकसभा अध्यक्ष पद को लेकर उम्मीदवारों के नाम का ऐलान कर दिया गया है।
बीजेपी के नेतृत्व वाले एनडीए की ओर से ओम बिरला का नाम फाइनल हुआ है। वो पिछले सत्र में भी लोकसभा अध्यक्ष पद का जिम्मा संभाल चुके हैं। इस बार भी उन्होंने स्पीकर पद के लिए नामांकन कर दिया है। उधर इंडिया अलायंस की ओर से के सुरेश का नाम सामने आया। के सुरेश ने भी स्पीकर पोस्ट के लिए विपक्ष की ओर से नामांकन कर दिया। अब बुधवार सुबह 11 बजे लोकसभा अध्यक्ष पद के लिए वोटिंग होगी। इसी के बाद फैसला होगा कि अगला लोकसभा अध्यक्ष कौन बनेगा।
क्या है पूरा मामला:- दरअसल एनडीए की ओर से विपक्ष दलों से अपने उम्मीदवार पर सहमति मांगी गई थी। इसको लेकर खुद केंद्रीय रक्षा मंत्री और बीजेपी के वरिष्ठ नेता राजनाथ सिंह ने कई दिलों से बातचीत की। इसी कड़ी में उन्होंने कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष मल्लिकार्जुन खड़गे को भी फोन लगाया और समर्थन मांगा।
राहुल गांधी क्या बोले:-राहुल गांधी ने कहा है कि राजनाथ सिंह ने अन्य दलों की तरह हमसे भी समर्थन मांगा था। इसको लेकर सोमवार की शाम को राजनाथ सिंह का फोन मल्लिकार्जुन खड़गे को आया और उन्होंने अपनी बात रखी। इसके जवाब में खड़गे जी ने भी राजनाथ सिंह को इंडिया ब्लॉक की डिमांड बता दी। दरअसल इंडिया ब्लॉक चाहता है कि डिप्टी लोकसभा स्पीकर का पद विपक्ष को दिया जाए। अगर उनकी यह मांग पूरी होती है तो हम स्पीकर पद के एनडीए उम्मीदवार को अपना समर्थन दे देंगे।
इसको लेकर राजनाथ सिंह ने मल्लिकार्जुन को दोबार फोन करने की बात कही थी। अब जब पर्चा भरने का वक्त समीप आ गया है, लेकिन राजनाथ सिंह का कॉल खड़गे को नहीं आया है। ऐसे में उन्होंने अपने नेता के अपमान का भी आरोप लगाया। राहुल गांधी ने साफ तौर पर कहा है कि डिप्टी स्पीकर अगर विपक्ष का होगा तभी इंडिया गठबंधन एनडीए के लोकसभा स्पीकर पद के प्रत्याशी को अपना समर्थन देगा।
ओम बिरला पर दोबारा भरोसा:- मोदी सरकार ने अपने तीसरे कार्यकाल में भी ओम बिरला के नाम पर ही भरोसा जताया है। यही वजह है कि ओम बिरला एक बार फिर लोकसभा स्पीकर पद के लिए पर्चा दाखिल कर रहे हैं। अब अगर इंडिया गठबंधन मान जाता है तो वह निर्विरोध स्पीकर चुन लिए जाएंगे, अगर ऐसा नहीं होता है पहली बार होगा जब स्पीकर पद के लिए चुनाव होगा। ये चुनाव कल 26 जून को संभव है।
