उत्तराखंड शिक्षा विभाग के गजब कारनामे, क्लासरूम के साथ ही सड़कों पर नजर आएंगे टीचर, जानें वजह
नैनीताल।उत्तराखंड में अब शिक्षक पढ़ाने के साथ ही ट्रैफिक व्यवस्था को भी संभालेंगे। नैनीताल जिले में शिक्षक क्लास के साथ ही सड़कों पर भी नजर आएंगे। पर्यटकों के लगातार बढ़ते दबाव और जिले में पुलिसकर्मियों की कमी की वजह से डीएम के निर्देश पर शिक्षा विभाग ने यह अजीबोगरीब फरमान जारी कर दिया है। हालांकि राजकीय शिक्षक संघ इसके विरोध में उतर आया है।
डीईओ बेसिक की ओर से जारी आदेशों के मुताबिक पांच शिक्षकों को नैनीताल जिले में ट्रैफिक जाम के निराकरण के लिए नामित किया है। ये शिक्षक सुबह सात बजे से दोपहर दो बजे तक ट्रैफिक व्यवस्था का जिम्मा संभालेंगे। इनमें सहायक अध्यापक एलटी दान सिंह बिष्ट, आशीष साह, महिपाल चंद्र, वरिष्ठ सहायक जगदीश सिंह नेगी, कनिष्ठ सहायक अंकित चंद्र शामिल हैं। शुक्रवार को एलटी शिक्षकों व वरिष्ठ सहायकों ने यातायात व्यवस्था संभालने में पुलिस की मदद की। एलटी शिक्षक आशीष साह ने बताया कि शुक्रवार को उनकी ड्यूटी रूसी बाइपास में लगी थी।
बता दें कि, पर्यटन सीजन में नैनीताल की यातायात व्यवस्था चरमरा जाती है। यातायात व्यवस्था को सुधारने के लिए बीते दिनों डीएम वंदना सिंह ने अधिकारियों की ड्यूटी एंट्री प्वाइंटों पर लगाई थी। डीईओ (माध्यमिक) पुष्कर लाल टम्टा ने रूसी बायपास पर ड्यूटी की। डीईओ माध्यमिक पुष्कर टम्टा ने बताया कि डीएम के निर्देश पर शिक्षकों की ड्यूटी लगाई गई है।
